Having produced the most robust and reliable static flatbed cutting machines to the highest quality for decades a number of our customers asked us if we could provide them with a conveying option.

New Designs:

Laser Table Measurement

Using the BW Cutters laser table measuring system, which creates a topographical map of the cutting surface down to differences of a fraction of a millimetre, we are able to feed data to the head and control the blade pressure at the optimum level maintaining contact but eradicating any excessive force.

In this era of ecological concern anything that can reduce power consumption must be of benefit to us all and if it can save our customer's money at the same time then what could be better?
