Filling the cost and design gap between the economical, adaptable Orion, and the heavy duty Mastercut platforms, the Genesis is our newest addition to the BW Cutters family of industrial flatbed cutting machines. GENESIS 2200 The Genesis was developed as a lower cost and lighter duty alternative to our heavy duty Mastercut model. The smaller Orion had been developed as a low cost and light-duty flatbed blade cutter a number of years ago. But demand had been building for a machine that displays the durability of the heavy duty Mastercut platform with the low cost of the Orion. GENESIS 2300 The latest addition to our genesis stable of thoroughbred machines is the Genesis 2300. Building on the strength and accuracy of the Genesis 2100 & 2200 static bed platform the Genesis 2300 brings a new level quality to the world of moving bed conveying machines. In developing our latest conveyor cutting table absolutely none of our famous high quality was compromised, rather than building a conveyor improve quality retrospectively as other manufacturers may do it has been of a quality second to none from the very start. The Genesis 2300 carries all the same cutting blade options as its static cousin the Genesis 2200 including the AKTI-V tooling suite ensuring its suitability across a wide range of industries. There are many applications where conveying isn’t suitable, ironically cutting conveyor belts is one of them, but for others it is perfectly suited and absolutely the right choice.
GENESIS LASER Based on the enormously versatile Genesis frame the Genesis Laser platform carrying our 50watt, 100watt & 200watt powered unit is perfect for customers looking to cut cleanly and accurately and at the same time perfectly sealing the edge of the material.  Ripstop nylon lasercut in 40 layers Across the world in the Sail making, parachute, aerospace and automotive airbag industries as well as the quality leisure clothing world the Genesis, along with its big brother the Mastercut Laser, is becoming the machine of choice. The Laser unit itself has a quality and reliability second to none, we offer the most efficient unit within a lighter mass than alternative manufacturers enabling us to carry the unit on the gantry with no reduction in speed and movement. Carrying the unit horizontally on the gantry allows us to deliver the beam to the material with the minimum distance between the unit and cutting point meaning that the beam length is as short as possible and therefore most efficient.

The Genesis 2200 is so versatile that its multi-tool head carries Rotary or fixed blades as well as the BWCutters Oscillating blade and driven "Pizza Wheel"; this versatility allows a vast range of applications ranging from Pvc sheeting, composites and aramids such as kevlar through to the stringent accuracy required in print finishing and the exquisite leathers used in high quality furniture upholstery.
