In the ever changing print world Digital printing is gaining such a major share of the market traditionally held by Screen print. BW Cutters understand that this format produces images of exquisite quality and therefore requires the cutting and finishing process to be of equally high standard and so we determined to manufacture the perfect cutting machine for this purpose both with blade and laser mediums.

The printed material whether it be fabric, card or case material such as foamex is laid onto a BW Cutters flatbed table and cut to the perfect shape by a simple system of indexing from registration marks or Camera Image Recognition which scans the picture or pattern creates the pattern as a file and cuts out the image perfectly.

The digital printing world can be small or widescreen format and with varying requirements, widescreen for example printing banners and screens sometimes to cloak a building are such a large format and require the edge of the fabrics to be sealed. BW Cutters solution to this was to develop laser cutting tables up to 5 metres wide and 20 metres long carrying the Synrad Firestar 100w laser unit and these machines are now being used successfully in the UK, US and across Europe.

With the foamex and narrower format materials the Genesis 2200 is quite simply the right machine for the job with an accuracy of + /- 0.1mm this machine is already the machine of choice around the world on a huge variety of applications.
