Genesis 2300 Conveyor

Our New 2300 Conveyor

BWCUTTERS are pleased to announce yet another addition to our impressive range of machines.

Having produced the most robust and reliable static flatbed cutting machines to the highest quality for decades a number of our customers asked us if we could provide them with a conveying option.

They know our quality and our economical running costs and so wanted to remain with us, we in turn promised to address the move to conveying technology with the proviso that we wouldn't do a rush job.

Our brief was that we must sacrifice none of our quality to produce the new machine, we would not build a conveyor and subsequently work on improving quality therefore at every step along the development path we ensured that it met this requirement, we went back and redesigned if necessary until we had a fully operational conveyor cutting table that we were prepared to put our name on, to our great pleasure our customers waited for us and for that we are both grateful and also a little proud.

Based on our enormously versatile Genesis and Mastercut platforms we can now introduce our new 2300 Conveyor cutting machine and we are happy to say that we have now taken our first orders, and with advanced discussions for even more, production is well under way.

These excellent machines can carry all the same cutting blade options as their static cousins based on our AKTI-V tooling suite ensuring its suitability across a wide range of industries.

There are many applications where conveying isn't the right tool for the job, ironically cutting conveyor belts is one of them, but for others it is just the job and our customers can now make the move with the comfort of knowing they can trust their new machine just as they did the first one and because of this we know that our new customers can trust our conveyor like no other.

Some simple specifications of the new Genesis 2300 conveyor:

Widths available are 1.5 metres and 2metres as standard with wider models becoming available with further development.

Available as full length cutting or selectable take off area.

New Designs:

Laser Table Measurement

Using the BW Cutters laser table measuring system, which creates a topographical map of the cutting surface down to differences of a fraction of a millimetre, we are able to feed data to the head and control the blade pressure at the optimum level maintaining contact but eradicating any excessive force.
