In this era of ecological concern anything that can reduce power consumption must be of benefit to us all and if it can save our customer's money at the same time then what could be better? We have acted on this by introducing a revolutionary sotware controlled system of vacuum control which works by concentrating the vacuum on the localised area of cut whilst avoiding the areas already cut or waiting to be cut. As the cutting head travels down the table the vacuum moves with it, this allows us to reduce the number of pumps required with all the corresponding savings for our customers in both capital and running costs as well as the reduction in the carbon footprint. |
