Laser Table Measurement

Using the BW Cutters laser table measuring system, which creates a topographical map of the cutting surface down to differences of a fraction of a millimetre, we are able to feed data to the head and control the blade pressure at the optimum level maintaining contact but eradicating any excessive force.

It is this remarkable process that allows vacuum free cutting with all the beneficial savings in costs in power and materials.
