 Chairman of Blackman & White Limited, Les founded the company in 1965 after a successful design engineering career with a number of manufacturers. Les provides the overall vision for moving the company forward and has a broad range of technical engineering experience.

 Managing Director of BWCutters, Alex White (son of Les White) joined B & W after graduating with a Physics degree from Southampton University. Alex is also a software/IT specialist with a flair for designing computer controlled cutting machines.

 Technical Director John White, (brother of Les White), joined the company in 1974 as principal designer and continues to provide cutting edge design solutions for all BW Cutters projects.
